Conduct a mid-term evaluation of the Safeguarding Children’s Rights program in East Jerusalem to provide evidence and recommendations on program outcomes.
Provide evidence and recommendations on the outcomes or results of the protection project on the lives of beneficiaries that can be attributed to United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) interventions.
At least 10 years of documented experience in research and evaluation of development programmes/projects or a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Child Protection programmes/projects from developing or least developed countries and expertise in gender programming. Previous experience conducting evaluations for UNICEF, UN agencies, or international humanitarian organizations. Experience evaluating Child Protection and/or MHPSS programmes. Experience applying gender-responsive evaluation approaches and child-centred methodologies.
Master's Degree in Evaluation, Child Protection, Social Research, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, International Development, Public Policy, International Relations, Human Rights, Humanitarian Studies, or other related fields.
