Overview
Consultant to support the expansion of digital learning opportunities for foundational literacy and numeracy, and to provide skilling opportunities to adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Education Section in expanding its implementation of digital learning opportunities.
- Provide skilling opportunities to adolescents.
- Expand implementation of digital learning opportunities for foundational literacy and numeracy.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital learning, education technology, learning management systems, education programme implementation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other digital learning platforms, including user management, content administration, organization and maintenance of online or offline learning resources, and platform support.
- Experience supporting the design, implementation or scaleup of digital learning initiatives, preferably in low-resource or humanitarian settings.
- Experience developing and facilitating capacity-building activities, including the development of training materials and provision of technical support to government counterparts, implementing partners, educators or facilitators.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing platform usage, learner engagement, user feedback and other programme monitoring data.
