The Innovation Specialist will oversee and coordinate innovation initiatives such as SPARK and COMPASS, manage consultants, and ensure quality assurance of outputs and processes.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in innovation, programme management, strategy, or portfolio coordination. Demonstrated experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving consultants and country offices. Experience working with or within the UN system or large international organizations is an asset. Strong familiarity with innovation capacity building, strategy development, or acceleration models.
Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Innovation, Public Policy, International Development, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
