Provide technical, analytical, and capacity-building support to advance UNICEF Somalia’s PFM, social budgeting, and accountability agenda at national and subnational levels.
Minimum 7 years of relevant progressive working experience at the national level in the areas of public financial management, budget analysis & expenditure tracking, fiscal policy or public sector reforms, local governance, or another related field.
Advanced university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in: Economics, Public Finance, Public Policy/Public Administration or related fields. Advanced degree in Public Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or business administration, or a closely related field.
