The Digital Impact Associate will perform procedural and specialized activities pertaining to UNICEF’s ICT systems, including desktop administration, connectivity, and server operations, to support the delivery of sustainable and responsible digital impact for children.
Perform procedural and specialized activities pertaining to UNICEF’s ICT systems, including desktop administration, connectivity, and server operations. Specialized activities pertain to the installation and routine configuration of ICT system components and user orientation. Procedural activities include maintaining technical and user documentation and serving as a focal point for receipt and processing of user requests.
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, IT support, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity, identity and access management, business continuity, incident management, service desk, audio visual support, IT project management, and any other related fields.
Secondary Education in any related fields.
