Internship opportunity to gain experience in an international multicultural environment within the United Nations system, focusing on organization, management, and international cooperation activities related to migration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of the annual Career Development Roundtable (CDR).
  • Support with participant registration and related inquiries.
  • Support the delivery of the conference and parallel events including the Career Fair and dinner/evening receptions.
  • Provide assistance to keynote speakers and clinic presenters at the event.
  • Participate in preparatory and planning meetings.
  • Assist in liaising with suppliers and other event contributors.
  • Support with liaison and coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and other stakeholders in Tallinn.
  • Perform such other duties that may be assigned.
Required Experience

Relevant professional experience in Human Resources and/or project or event management is desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Public Admiration, International Relations or a related field from an accredited academic institution with relevant professional experience.
