Overview
The purpose of the Program Coordinator position is to improve and sustain the well-being of children and their families by implementing ADP Plan/Program Design with partners, including quality monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the development of SOP and IPF program annual plan.
- Develop specific strategy for program implementation in ADP level.
- Support Data/Information related SOP and IPF in ADP context.
- Facilitate the completion of PQSR (Program Quality Self Review).
- Work together with ADP Manager in identifying funding gaps.
- Create interest in opportunities for program in ADP’s within the zone.
- Propose SOP and IPF budget for target areas.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to and contextualize national training materials.
- Provide technical advices to ADP team, local partner and cadre.
- Provide technical advice in implementation of contextual community-based child monitoring and protection system.
- Identify and assess capacity of ADP staffs, local partner and cadre.
- Provide capacity building to field staffs, local partner and cadre.
- Serve as a resource on SOP and IPF issues in ADP level.
- Internalize and socialize WV core documents.
- Create a Community Learning environment.
- Ensure that program implementation meets organization and donor standard.
- Provide feedback for ADP plan’s using review tools.
- Support achievement of standard quality of SOP and IPF.
- Enhancing the use of Horizon/IMPAQ – Sponsorship.
- Monitor the deliverance of proper sponsorship information.
- Do proper child recruitment process.
- Ensure sponsorship phase out process.
- Submit monthly reports on agreed date.
- Monitor and support if there is CP incident.
- Make sure ADP properly use tools for child recruitment, child monitoring and RC Inclusion.
- Make sure AP implement SOP and IPF activities according to business process / mechanism.
- Contribute on Semi Annual and Annual Report writing.
- Communicate effectively Wahana Visi Indonesia identity, mission, vision, values and our approach to work.
- Develop linkages/networks and dynamic relationships with all stakeholder.
- Coordinate and consult with Sponsorship unit, CESP Zone and CP Unit in NO.
- Coordinate with and mentor operating model partner.
- Coordinate with IT to maintain and improve program/project monitoring system.
- Live among the people, endeavouring to witness to Christ through life.
- Create enabling and positive team environment.
- Facilitate effective teamwork, coordination and work planning.
- Monitor the context of target areas on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor achievement of ITT and budget expense.
- Manage all implementations and risks related to Program.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Coordinator specializing in Community Engagement and Sponsorship/Technical Programs
- Proficient in implementing operational models with partners.
- Experienced in managing Field Facilitators and Sponsorship Officers.
- Thorough understanding of community engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Education, Community Development, Public Health, Psychology, Development Studies, or other relevant disciplines.
- A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Completed DPA/APA and Partnering Training.
