Provide technical support for secondary data planning, collection, processing, and analysis, data visualization, and knowledge product development for UN Women Ukraine's humanitarian portfolio.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in information management or data analysis. Demonstrated expertise in secondary data analysis methodologies and statistical software (SPSS, Stata, R, or equivalent). Demonstrated data visualization skills. Experience in data management, data analysis and data sharing to support organizational learning, planning, performance monitoring, policy formulation, communications and advocacy. Experience using AI-assisted tools for document review, synthesis, or analysis is an asset, with clear understanding of human validation and ethical limitations. Experience producing knowledge products for diverse audiences (technical, policy, public). Experience in information management and coordination in humanitarian contexts is an asset. Experience working with the UN and/or in an inter-agency environment is an asset. Knowledge of the common humanitarian data sets is an asset. Expertise in data visualization software and tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) is desirable. Understanding of humanitarian programme cycle and Ukraine coordination architecture is an asset. Experience working with gender-disaggregated data and intersectional analysis frameworks is desirable. Experience in the use of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud, is desirable.
Advanced University degree in statistics, information management, data science, econometrics, GIS or other directly relevant field.
