Overview
The Field Sponsorship Analyst supports WV Mongolia’s sponsorship strategic goal by providing technical coordination and operational support for sponsorship programming. The role ensures quality implementation, oversees end-to-end sponsorship processes, and provides ongoing support to Area Program staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all sponsor engagement features are recorded, checked, and processed on time, including correct translations.
- Support Area Program staff to improve the quality of correspondence, photos, videos, and other sponsorship tasks.
- Develop and review communication materials at FO and AP level.
- Coordinate sponsor visits and ensure child protection and safeguarding rules are followed.
- Ensure sponsorship systems (SSUI, Horizon Mobile, Rich Media tools) are working properly and updated.
- Report and escalate system issues to prevent interruption of AP operations.
- Support pilots, tests, and feedback for new system updates or business rules.
- Provide technical support to AP staff for uploading and sending rich media.
- Ensure child data, sponsorship files, and sponsor information are stored securely.
- Check child photos, videos, and communication materials for sensitive information.
- Monitor safeguarding and child protection risks in sponsorship tasks.
- Report safeguarding concerns immediately and support follow-up.
- Provide trainings and support to AP staff, CESS/CC, and volunteers on sponsorship tasks and standards.
- Train staff on SSUI, Horizon Mobile/Desktop, Rich Media, and digital content tools.
- Support AP teams to follow correct sponsorship processes and solve issues.
- Help improve and strengthen sponsorship business processes across APs.
- Contribute on different cross-functional teams as required.
- Develop self-capacity on child protection and partnering with other sector integration.
- Perform any other assignment as required.
