Overview
Seeking an experienced AI Solution Architecture Lead to bridge business vision and technical execution for AI solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to a specialized team of consultants, guiding the design and implementation of robust applications and data flows across diverse platforms.
- Serve as the bridge between product management and engineering, ensuring technical decisions support product objectives and enhance user experience.
- Define and evolve the AI technical roadmap, aligning with long-term product vision and business strategy.
- Anticipate technical challenges, plan for scalability and performance, and design architectures that accommodate both immediate needs and strategic growth.
- Govern architectural decisions and technical standards, collaborating closely with platform leads, product teams, and engineering managers to drive alignment and adoption of best practices.
- Develop and maintain shared semantic models (ontologies) representing core business concepts, ensuring consistency and interoperability across data sources, APIs, and AI systems.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end AI solution architecture across heterogeneous platforms (e.g., Salesforce, APIs/Microservices, Web, Mobile).
- Expertise in data integration, system interoperability, and semantic modelling/ontology design.
- Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, platform).
- Demonstrated ability to provide architectural governance and establish technical standards.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven solutions, including knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent agents.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree in a technical or relevant field.
