Overview
The incumbent supports Contractor Support to Operations (CSO) officers with their activities and ensures the information and data management of the Branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs activities associated with CSO functions and methodology.
- Supports data and information management.
- Processes and administers data and information flow.
- Participates in working groups and boards.
- Provides overview on status of reports and returns.
- Provides status of contract activities.
- Administers contracts and certifies vendor compliance.
- Supervises and assigns work priorities and manages task execution.
- Undertakes work as part of a project team or working group.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in contract management, specifically in the overall management and control of formal contracts for supply of products and services.
- Proven experience in Information Governance, specifically in the overall governance of how information is used to support decision-making, business processes and digital services.
- Professional experience in CSO processes and in administrative management positions where data and information management were key tasks.
Qualifications
Higher Secondary education and intermediate vocational training in contract management, procurement, accounting, library, information science, management information systems, computer science or related discipline with 2 years’ experience, OR Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in that discipline leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 4 years post related experience.
