Overview
The role will support all operations within the Milton Point site and will be instrumental in the growth and development of business through efficient distribution processes, stock procurement and management, and the development of the eCommerce business. You will lead and manage a team of staff to deliver against KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all operations within the Milton Point site.
- Lead and manage a team of staff.
- Deliver against KPIs.
- Play a vital part in operations across the whole warehouse, including sorting, picking, packing & distribution of both new & donated stock.
- Be involved in the organisation & management of inventory storage.
- Be involved in all aspects of our online selling operation.
