Overview

Lead all customer-facing service management activities for the CSU, overseeing the execution of the service program of work and managing the team delivering service management, customer coordination, contractual compliance, and project support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of the service program of work within their area of responsibility.
  • Manage the team delivering service management, customer coordination, contractual compliance, and project support.
  • Ensure local service delivery remains aligned with Service Level Agreements, customer expectations, and NCIA policies.
  • Support CSU-wide coordination and serve as Deputy CSU Commander, deputizing for the CSU Commander during absences and contributing to CSU strategic leadership.
Required Experience
  • 3 years post-related experience.
  • Experience working in international or intergovernmental organizations.
  • Experience supporting project delivery and coordinating service support for projects.
  • Experience managing financial aspects of service delivery (e.g., resource funding, cost allocation, service charging models).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • ITIL Intermediate or Expert level certification.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Training in leadership, negotiation, or conflict resolution.

• Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential
