Overview

This role supports INTERPOL's e-learning capacity by developing distance learning resources and managing the INTERPOL Global Learning Centre (IGLC) platform activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and management of IGLC, including policy development, statistics, training resources and IGLC updates
  • Develop distance learning resources with light authoring tools
  • Support the delivery of webinars
  • Manage the user access to e-learning resources through secured web sites, mobile devices and apps
  • Promote internally and externally the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage all IGLC users and member countries requests such as the access to IGLC, certificates
Required Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, ideally training at distance. Experience in e-learning development and web-content management is a strong asset.

Qualifications

Degree in police, IT, administration or related discipline. Good knowledge of training and e-learning development or administration tools.

Excellent English written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
Languages Preferred
A working knowledge of Arabic, French and/or Spanish would be a strong additional asset.
