Overview
This role supports INTERPOL's e-learning capacity by developing distance learning resources and managing the INTERPOL Global Learning Centre (IGLC) platform activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of IGLC, including policy development, statistics, training resources and IGLC updates
- Develop distance learning resources with light authoring tools
- Support the delivery of webinars
- Manage the user access to e-learning resources through secured web sites, mobile devices and apps
- Promote internally and externally the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage all IGLC users and member countries requests such as the access to IGLC, certificates
Required Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, ideally training at distance. Experience in e-learning development and web-content management is a strong asset.
Qualifications
Degree in police, IT, administration or related discipline. Good knowledge of training and e-learning development or administration tools.
