Overview
Drives the Responsible AI and data agenda by shaping strategy for the AI Studio accelerator program, facilitating workshops, and establishing processes for citizen enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for citizen enablement platforms and practices.
- Establish portfolio management and prioritization mechanisms.
- Develop value cases and measurement frameworks.
- Facilitate design thinking and co-creation sessions.
- Lead and nurture champions/communities of practice.
- Structure and manage partnerships.
- Coordinate with product and governance teams on responsible AI and data use.
- Collaborate with Learning and Adoption leads.
- Prepare and deliver strategic communications, executive briefings, and thought leadership artifacts.
Required Experience
Typically requires a master’s degree with 8 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
