Overview
Provides high-level administrative and proactive operational support to the GCS Director to ensure the effective functioning of the Front Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support with sound judgment, managing priorities, workflow, and service delivery.
- Exercise discretion, tact, and diplomacy in handling inquiries and sensitive or confidential matters.
- Manage the Director’s calendar and schedule, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Manage high volume communications with senior internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for mission travel and Front Office meetings and events.
- Oversee Front Office administrative operations, including resource management.
- Collaborate effectively with A2D teams to support administrative operations.
- Provide oversight and guidance to administrative staff across GCS units.
- Provide confidential administrative support, including onboarding and procurement requests.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
Required Experience
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive or senior management.

Bachelor’s degree
