Overview
Support the PCO Manager in planning, supervising, and monitoring SHEIP’s health service delivery, preparedness, and climate-resilient interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and consolidation of the SHEIP annual and quarterly implementation plans.
- Assist in updating implementation timelines and activity tracking tools.
- Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly technical progress updates summarizing key activities and implementation status across project components.
- Develop summaries of coordination meetings with WHO technical teams, implementing partners, and government counterparts.
- Keep track of log to support follow-up on agreed actions.
- Assist in the documentation of monitoring visits and implementation reviews.
- Prepare brief reports highlighting progress, challenges, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate in preparation and compilation of project documentation, including periodic implementation reviews and knowledge notes.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in health care management.
- Relevant professional work experience with similar activities in high level management, preferably in managing health projects or programs funded by donors in fragile or conflict-affected settings.
Qualifications
- First university degree in health sciences, Health Policy, or Project Management.
- An advanced degree in Public Health or a professional certification in project management is an asset.
