Overview

The role involves delivering end-to-end data analytics and business intelligence solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, modelling, validation, and visualisation, to support operational readiness and service optimisation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end data analytics and business intelligence solutions.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and analytical products.
  • Produce trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity and performance insights.
  • Design and operate robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of the NISC Data Lake.
  • Support data governance, KPI/SLA reporting and CMDB data quality initiatives.
  • Define and manage requirements.
  • Design, develop, test and maintain moderately complex programs and scripts.
  • Apply data modelling techniques.
  • Create reports and visualisations.
  • Analyse user experience requirements.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years role-related experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in data cleaning and data manipulation techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming and relevant data tools.
  • Communication and data visualization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Information science, economics, business analytics, finance, sociology, psychology).
  • Exceptionally, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the role may compensate for lack of a university degree.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation.
