Overview
Responsible for leading the Land, Maritime C2 and Common Operational Picture (LMC2) Section, managing teams, resources, and overseeing the execution of the programme of work. Delivers role-specific and/or technical training/learning solutions to adult learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the Land, Maritime C2 and Common Operational Picture (LMC2) Section.
- Managing teams, resources, and overseeing the execution of the programme of work.
- Providing expertise to support organizational planning and operations.
- Leading and developing teams by setting objectives, monitoring performance, fostering capability growth.
- Facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement within teams.
- Coordinating with other Sections and Branch Heads.
- Delivering role-specific (operational or managerial) and/or technical training/learning solutions to adult learners.
- Developing, adapting, and maintaining LMC specific courses and learning solutions.
- Continually improving subject matter expertise.
Required Experience
- 3 years post-related experience.
- Proven experience managing teams, resources, projects and service delivery.
- At least 5 years recent operational experience in a field related to the Land, Maritime or Common Operational Picture C2 domains, preferably in a NATO, Multi-national or Coalition environment.
- At least 5 years experience with providing training on highly technical subjects to both non-technical personnel as well as technical specialists.
- Experience developing or contributing to the design of courses, course materials and assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline.
- A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
