Overview
The ERD Manager will support the expansion of livelihoods, food security, income generation, and CVA programming in Myanmar, enabling crisis-affected communities to meet their basic needs and reduce negative coping mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ERD program across Shan State.
- Conduct regular follow-up with ERD field team and local partners.
- Conduct quality assurance and relevancy of ERD tools.
- Lead partner engagement process during project design.
- Support development of concept notes and proposals.
- Review program-related reports.
- Lead ERD field team in identification of target communities and selection of CVA and livelihood modalities.
- Guide ERD field team in preparing spending plans and forecasts.
- Lead preparation of capacity building plans for team and partners.
- Participate in interagency sub-national level coordination meetings.
- Coordinate with MEAL focal on program achievements and reporting.
- Coordinate with other IRC sectors for integrated programming.
- Ensure program-related files are systematically stored.
- Lead monthly Stripe reporting writing for ERD programming.
- Provide overall technical support to partners.
- Arrange technical support training to partners.
- Lead engagement with partnership team for partner capacity assessment.
- Conduct regular follow-up with partner and team for activity updates.
- Deliver capacity-building sessions to partners/new team members.
- Ensure required reports for programmatic decisions are released.
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and control systems are in place.
- Ensure data collections are completed in a quality manner.
- Ensure planned and achieved targets are reflected in tracks and dashboards.
- Review assessment reports and case studies.
- Supervise ERD Officer and Community Incentive Workers.
- Support staff in preparing high-quality project documentation.
- Deliver technical support and capacity-building sessions to field volunteers.
- Guide team members during calls for applications, screening, and interviewing candidates.
