Overview
This position is mainly responsible for managing medical stocks in Cox’s Bazar medical warehouse, including routine maintenance and cleaning of the store, product quality check, preparing and receiving medical orders, and ensuring the placement of proper pharmaceutical logistic management information system.

- Picking all orders for the health program, partner organization and Health sectors
- Ensuring the placement of proper pharmaceutical logistic management information system in all the project areas
- Assisting in ensuring Quality Assurance in medicinal and supply management
- Maintaining proper storage condition, temperature and humidity for medicine warehouse/store and cold chain items
- Ensuring that procedures of drug supply chain meet Save the Children and donor rules and regulations
- Time to time check medical equipment and Air Conditioner
- Periodical check and reporting of pharmaceutical product including Medicine, medical supplies and consumables
- Coordinating with different stakeholders at Cox’s Bazar and Dhaka
Required Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience, preferably in medical warehousing.
- Robust experience of UN / INGO emergency programme, and with experience of working within a complex and matrix organisation structure.
- Experience in health logistics, specifically pharmaceutical logistics, including procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Supply Chain or relevant discipline.
