Required Experience
- Managerial and leadership skills
- Experience managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces
- Excellent communication skills with staff at all levels in the organisation
- Project management experience and knowledge in complex organisational contexts
- Budget responsibility - Excellent financial skills with the ability to create and manage a substantial budget.
