Overview
Invitation for Bids for the Development of Renewable Energy Centre at National System Control Centre (NSCC) as part of the Power System Strengthening and Renewable Energy Integration Project (PSSREIP).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the SCADA/EMS at the National System Control Centre (NSCC).
- Integration of the Renewable Energy Management System (REMS) with existing grid infrastructure.
- Software configuration, operator training, documentation, and maintenance support.
Required Experience
- Satisfactory participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least two contracts similar to the proposed contract, completed within the last ten (10) years.
- Value of the Bidder’s participation under each contract must exceed US $ 6 million.
- Minimum average annual turnover of US $ 16 million calculated over the last three (03) years.
