Overview
Provide interim leadership to the People & Culture (P&C) team, offering strategic guidance and technical leadership on all HR matters to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in People & Culture, preferably within the UN system or international organizations
- Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and HR advisory services
- Experience supporting organizational change or HR service delivery transitions is a strong asset.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
