Overview
The purpose of this consultancy is to generate implementation learning and behavioural insights on the use of the Complementary Feeding Bowl and Spoon (CFBS) as a tool for reinforcing existing MIYCN counselling platforms and support improved caregiver practices.
Key Responsibilities
- document initial implementation of the CFBS
- assess how the tool supports MIYCN counselling approaches
- examine caregiver behaviour toward CFBS, including their understanding and use of it
- identify operational challenges and opportunities for integration of CFBS into existing programmes
- Generate sustainable and disability-inclusive recommendations to inform future complementary feeding programming in Cambodia
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in:
- Maternal and child nutrition programmes
- IYCF or MIYCN programming
- Qualitative research or programme documentation
- Public health or community health systems
Qualifications
Master’s degree in: Nutrition, Public Health, Social and Behaviour Change or related field.
