Overview

Provide administrative and logistical support for energy and urban sector operations, ensuring smooth office operations and effective coordination.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day administrative support to operational teams.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and review correspondence, presentations, and basic reports.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of office events, workshops, meetings, and official visits.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venues, vendors, materials, catering, and participant communications.
  • Assist during events to ensure smooth delivery and timely resolution of issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across teams.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Proactively identify issues and support solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
Required Experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in administrative support.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting dynamic teams within multinational companies or global organizations.
  • Experience supporting events, meetings, or missions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
