Overview
Provide administrative and logistical support for energy and urban sector operations, ensuring smooth office operations and effective coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to operational teams.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistical arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and review correspondence, presentations, and basic reports.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of office events, workshops, meetings, and official visits.
- Coordinate logistics such as venues, vendors, materials, catering, and participant communications.
- Assist during events to ensure smooth delivery and timely resolution of issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across teams.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Proactively identify issues and support solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience supporting dynamic teams within multinational companies or global organizations.
- Experience supporting events, meetings, or missions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
