Overview
The Project Field Coordinator will provide technical and coordination support for field activities related to the "Rebuilding Agricultural Livelihoods affected by Multiple Cyclones in Cagayan Province" project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation of cash-based and capacity-building initiatives.
- Conduct regular onsite field visits to monitor implementation of Grants Support activities.
- Provide technical and coordination support in the conduct of DRRM and enterprise capacity-building activities.
- Provide technical inputs on activity concept notes/proposals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to government partners and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations on project implementation enhancement.
- Maintain regular communication with local government units, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Help in the preparation of letters and training materials.
- Assist resource speakers in training sessions.
- Assist in maintaining a database of project beneficiaries, training participants, materials, and outcomes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- At least five (5) years of relevant field experience on emergency response and recovery operations, disaster risk reduction, agriculture and fisheries support initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working with project logical frameworks, performance monitoring and M&E systems.
Qualifications
• University degree in Social Science, Community Development, Public Administration, Agriculture, Rural Development, or other related fields
