Overview
Provide technical coordination support for the implementation of childhood cancer initiatives and assist in the monitoring of operational plans and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical coordination support to the implementation of GPACCM and GICC activities.
- Support the functioning of national Working Groups by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, tracking actions, and producing reports.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the GPACCM Country Operational Plan and GICC projects.
- Draft, review, and finalize SOPs related to supply chain management and clinical use of childhood cancer medicines.
- Provide coordination support for trainings, procurement, and supply management of medicines.
- Facilitate coordination among stakeholders for timely preparation and submission of regulatory approvals.
- Support forecasting and quantification of childhood cancer medicines.
- Prepare technical updates, briefing notes, and presentations for review meetings.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly progress reports.
Required Experience
- At least one year of relevant professional experience in public health, clinical services, pharmaceuticals, or medicines management.
- Exposure to work in a hospital or public health programme setting.
- Experience supporting projects, coordination activities, or supply chain–related work, including internships or supervised assignments.
Qualifications
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related health sciences field.
- Postgraduate training or certification in Public Health, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related area.
