Overview
The role is responsible for the administrative support and acquisition of material, services, and engineering equipment for the Infrastructure Management Section. The incumbent will coordinate and supervise all services and utilities for the Headquarters and satellite sites, monitor the Space Allocation program and master planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- - Monitors and tracks the execution of all funds allocated to the organisational element.
- - Develops financial expenditure plans for budget preparation.
- - Acts as Project Manager for NSIP projects.
- - Plans and manages fuel supply for NATO HQ and exercises.
- - Supervises and controls administrative activities of the Utilities & Services Cell.
- - Coordinates and monitors administrative procedures for Services contracts execution.
- - Coordinates and supervises utilities contracts for the Headquarters.
- - Manages the Space Allocation program.
- - Responsible for the preparation and execution of the Reimbursement Program.
- - Ensures availability of statistical records for infrastructures, custodial services, property disposal, utilities consumption, and space allocation.
- - Coordinates and supervises requisition procedures for material and services.
- - Supervises and directs material store-keeping procedures.
Required Experience
- - 2 years of function-related experience with a University Degree in accounting, finance, management, business administration, public administration or related discipline.
- - OR 4 years post-related experience with Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in job-related discipline leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation.
- - Experience managing the end-to-end execution of funds allocated to an organisational element.
- - Experience in Project Management relating to defining, planning and developing requirements and capabilities into execution and final delivery products.
- - Experience dealing with the effective and efficient planning and management of fuel supply, and with tax exemption procedures.
- - Knowledge of procedures involving the coordination and monitoring of Services and utilities contracts execution.
- - Experience coordinating and supervising requisition procedures for material and services.
Qualifications
- - University Degree in accounting, finance, management, business administration, public administration or related discipline.
- - OR Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in job-related discipline leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation.
