Overview
External collaborator to coordinate digital mentorship for youth employment and entrepreneurship, focusing on skills development and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and engage with speakers, companies, and mentors.
- Map participant needs for mentorship.
- Prepare monthly content on employment, entrepreneurship, and soft skills.
- Create weekly schedules for material delivery via WhatsApp or Zoom.
- Foster positive participant interaction in WhatsApp groups.
- Supervise WhatsApp group administrators and resolve issues.
- Secure speakers for mentorship sessions.
- Design tools to monitor participant engagement and program benefits.
- Analyze participant engagement data and program benefits, reporting to the Program Coordinator.
Required Experience
- Experience in facilitating youth groups (employment, entrepreneurship, self-development).
- Experience in Growth Mindset, Green Mindset, and Digital Literacy/Skills is preferred.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
