Overview
Consultant to support the implementation of the Hyundai Mobility Solution EV Bus–Based STEM Learning Project, focusing on engaging students in limited-access schools and enhancing STEM literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Program Coordinator in implementing project activities.
- Involved in developing the project workplan and working closely with partners.
- Organize, mobilize, and facilitate training, workshops, or other events.
- Coordinate with local government authorities and potentially collaborate with other organizations.
- Report to the Program Coordinator and coordinate with project teams and support functions.
- Ensure project activities are implemented according to the detailed implementation plan.
- Maintain effective relationships with government and non-government stakeholders.
- Regularly collect data according to the project monitoring and evaluation plan.
- Ensure the child safeguarding policy is understood and implemented by all stakeholders.
- Develop monthly basis reports.
- Conduct regular visits to program implementation areas and gather learning and feedback.
- Deliverables include activity reports and monthly PowerPoint reports.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program related to facilitating children or students.
- Experience in both private and non-profit sector on circular economy principles and their application across Indonesia will be an advantage.
- Experience of working in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Experience working with an international NGO or similar organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, including social science, environment, natural resources management/sustainability.
