Overview
Provide administrative and HR support for recruitment exercises, including processing applications, coordinating panel reviews, and supporting onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications for eligibility and completeness.
- Acknowledge receipt of applications and manage applicant records.
- Coordinate panel reviews and prepare long/short lists.
- Finalize interview reports and prepare selection memos.
- Support onboarding of fellows.
- Provide backup support for recruitment systems and transition of processes.
- Support engagement and reporting of consultants for a specific project.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
- More than 5 years of experience with a high school diploma.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, administrative services, or a related area.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher.
- Experience in human resources, specifically in recruitment of affiliated personnel is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in data analytics or a related area is desirable.
