Overview
Consultant to support the Global Fund GC8 funding request programme continuation application development for HIV, TB and Malaria.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact interventions to maximize program impact and value for money across HIV, TB, Malaria, and RSSH.
- Develop a comprehensive, evidence-based program continuation application aligned with all relevant Global Fund GC8 modules for HIV, TB, and Malaria.
- Prepare a detailed budget, including clear justification of unit costs and alignment with prioritized interventions.
- Complete and validate the Health Product Management Template (HPMT), ensuring accurate quantification and alignment with national CPDS.
- Prepare all required GC8 annexes and supporting documentation for the continuation application.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of international experience as a senior expert in the field of Public Health, Global Health or related field, with demonstrated expertise in grant writing and management.
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitation and the ability to guide multi-stakeholder processes effectively.
- Proven experience working at a senior level with international organizations and government institutions, particularly with the health sector.
- Substantial experience engaging with civil society organizations (CSOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and key and vulnerable populations, including people living with or affected by HIV, TB, and malaria.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with development partners, including donors, international health agencies, government and civil society stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master advanced degree from a recognized academic institution in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Health Policy, Global Health, with demonstrated expertise in HIV, TB, Malaria, and RSSH.
- A PhD would be considered as an asset.
