Overview
Provide structured mentoring and coaching to strengthen practical skills for high value partnerships. Advise on overall high value partnership approach in the Philippines context.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide structured mentoring/coaching focusing on practical skills for high value partnerships (HVP).
- Advise on overall HVP approach, including positioning, engagement pathways, and decision points.
- Conduct pipeline reviews to prioritize opportunities and identify key next steps.
- Share practical advice on the local landscape of private sector giving.
- Review and improve outreach approaches and refine partner engagement plans.
- Provide light-touch reporting on coaching sessions, themes, and progress.
Required Experience
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate fundraising, philanthropy, business development, partnership development, or private sector engagement.
- Proven experience in high value partnership development and management, especially with corporate and philanthropic partners.
- Strong understanding of private sector giving trends and corporate philanthropy in the Philippines.
- Experience in pipeline management, opportunity prioritization, and strategic planning.
- Strong skills in partner engagement, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Ability to support the development of partner pitches, value propositions, talking points, and engagement strategies.
- Good understanding of UNICEF or UN partnership principles, due diligence requirements, and child rights programming is an asset.
- Strong advisory skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, Management.
- Master's Degree prefered.
