Human Resources Officer SC8 (Culture, Engagement & Performance)

Overview

Provides analytical and programmatic support to WFP Haiti's culture, engagement, diversity, and performance management functions. The role focuses on improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness through data analysis and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
• Analyze employee engagement surveys and people data.
• Support the design and implementation of recognition, engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle.
• Design performance management campaigns.
• Support employees and managers in developing work plans, setting goals, giving feedback, and completing performance reviews.
• Monitor and report on compliance with performance review deadlines.
• Conduct training needs assessments.
• Coordinate internal and external learning programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Track learning program outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide clear insights.
• Support policy review and process improvements.

Required Experience

Minimum 1 (one) year of professional experience in human resources, organizational research, performance management or people analytics, including experience in generating and interpreting disaggregated quantitative and qualitative data to inform HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

First-level university degree in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Science, Development or a related field. Advanced university degree and/or professional certifications in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Science, Development or a related field are desirable.
