Overview
To contribute to the successful implementation of the 2026 Dialogue Academy for Young Women by providing expertise and guidance, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-design and co-deliver team-building exercises.
- Co-deliver sessions/panels jointly with the international consultant.
- Present the DA Network of Alumnae.
- Provide support to participants on a daily basis.
- Provide logistical assistance and troubleshooting support.
- Submit a final evaluation report.
Required Experience
- Alumnae of the OSCE Dialogue Academy for Young Women.
- Experience in programme facilitation and delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Knowledgeable in managing group dynamics.
Qualifications
- University degree in political science, international relations, social sciences, gender studies or relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (First-level university degree or equivalent).
