Overview
The CP Case Management Officer will be responsible for all activities related to case management, ensuring effective implementation and proper documentation of child protection cases. The role ensures case management activities align with child protection principles and support children's rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technical implementation of CP projects.
- Develop DIP ensuring alignment with budget, timeframes, and SC quality indicators.
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites.
- Supervise and ensure proper implementation of kits distribution.
- Lead the technical design and periodic review of SC’s case management approach.
- Conduct regular technical supervision and peer support for caseworkers.
- Audit case files to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Revise and compile weekly case worker and data base case worker report.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, CPCs, SWs, and CBOs.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the child protection field or in work directly involving children and youth.
- Demonstrated experience implementing CM and PSS programs.
- Direct experience working with children and/or adolescents.
- Solid knowledge and experience in child protection case management.
- Strong technical understanding of child protection principles and community-based approaches.
- Proven skills in report writing (weekly, monthly, monitoring reports).
- Experience working in challenging and high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
