Overview
Provide coordination, analysis, tool development, training support, and reporting to support the drivers of wasting analysis and strengthen referral systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
- Data & Documentation Support for Drivers of Wasting Analysis
- Support with the Development of Referral Instruments and SOPs of identified cases of wasted children
- Support Training Curriculum Development & Rollout
- Reporting & Technical Documentation
Required Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in social protection, nutrition‑sensitive programming, or systems strengthening.
- Proven experience in nutrition‑social protection linkages, child wasting, or vulnerability targeting.
- Experience with Social Registries, MIS systems, PMT design, or digital tools.
- Knowledge of Lao government structures, policies, and sub‑national systems.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and partnership‑building skills.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Public Policy, Social Protection, Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, Development Studies or related field.
