Overview

Provide coordination, analysis, tool development, training support, and reporting to support the drivers of wasting analysis and strengthen referral systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Data & Documentation Support for Drivers of Wasting Analysis
  • Support with the Development of Referral Instruments and SOPs of identified cases of wasted children
  • Support Training Curriculum Development & Rollout
  • Reporting & Technical Documentation
Required Experience
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in social protection, nutrition‑sensitive programming, or systems strengthening.
  • Proven experience in nutrition‑social protection linkages, child wasting, or vulnerability targeting.
  • Experience with Social Registries, MIS systems, PMT design, or digital tools.
  • Knowledge of Lao government structures, policies, and sub‑national systems.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and partnership‑building skills.
Qualifications

Advanced degree in Public Policy, Social Protection, Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, Development Studies or related field.
