The role involves overseeing and coordinating innovation initiatives such as SPARK and COMPASS, managing consultants, and ensuring quality assurance of outputs and processes to support UNICEF's global network in addressing critical bottlenecks affecting children and young people.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in innovation, programme management, strategy, or portfolio coordination. Demonstrated experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving consultants and country offices. Experience working with or within the UN system or large international organizations is an asset. Strong familiarity with innovation capacity building, strategy development, or acceleration models.
Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Innovation, Public Policy, International Development, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
