Overview

The Human Resources Intern will provide general HR and administrative assistance to the RM-HR unit, focusing on digitalization of HR processes, managing the HR e-filing system, and ensuring accuracy of HR records.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sending HR correspondences, routing documents, and maintaining trackers.
  • Assist with the management of the HR ticketing tool, report preparation, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update staff records in HR platforms, including e-filing of documents.
  • Support HR organized events and activities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience
  • Familiarity with document handling, data entry, or basic personnel records management.
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in an administrative, or HR setting (preferred but not required).
  • Work experience in international/multi-cultural and/or UN system, an advantage.
Qualifications
  • Completed a university degree in BS Psychology, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • HR Diploma or Certification, an advantage.
