Overview
The Senior Human Resources Associate will coordinate and support human resources management functions for the Indonesia Country Office and Sub-Offices, providing guidance to staff on HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring Human Resources management functions.
- Participate in evaluation of staffing needs and coordinate recruitment processes.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities.
- Perform assigned roles in the organizational HR system and monitor data accuracy.
- Monitor attendance and leave administration.
- Carry-out, coordinate and monitor a wide range of Human Resource actions.
- Prepare, coordinate and monitor all reports on personnel matters.
- Monitor compliance with the performance evaluation process.
- Plan and coordinate the organization of Human Resource events.
- Identify areas for improvement and highlight them to the supervisor.
- Handle all enquiries on Human Resources matters.
- Participate in inter-agency Human Resources related working groups.
- Guide, coordinate and supervise the work of staff in the unit.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Seven years of relevant experience with a high school diploma; or, five years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in all areas of human resources administration including recruitment, personnel administration, and other HR operations and processes.
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning system is a distinct advantage.
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
Qualifications
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field from an accredited academic institution.
