Overview
The online volunteer will support the A-Net community of practice by drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, and suggesting formats for future engagement. The role aims to strengthen community resilience and protection in health emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft meeting agendas and short scripts for welcome remarks
- Take concise meeting minutes (key points, decisions, next steps)
- Support the transition toward a more open and sustainable community of practice, suggesting formats, engagement ideas, or simple governance approaches
- Share ideas for strengthening community collaboration for future meetings
Required Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
- Interest in or experience with community engagement, public health, humanitarian, or development contexts
- Experience with meeting support, note-taking, coordination, or community facilitation is an asset
- Knowledge of or experience in the Western Balkans, Caucasus, or Central Asia is a distinct advantage
