Overview
WHO is seeking a consultant to assess SRMNCH services in the West Bank, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of SRMNCH services availability, continuity, accessibility, and quality.
- Provide actionable recommendations for service delivery, procurement, and infrastructure.
- Prepare an inception report detailing understanding, methodology, work plan, stakeholders, and data collection tools.
- Produce a combined assessment report identifying gaps in service delivery, staffing, equipment, medicines, supplies, and health information systems.
- Map geographic areas most affected by conflict barriers.
- Compare current service data with pre-conflict data for affected governorates.
- Develop short-term and long-term recommendations for improving SRMNCH services.
- Conduct a budgeted needs assessment for SRMNCH services, infrastructure, procurement, and health information systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
Required Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SRMNCH programming.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Systems, or a related field.
