Overview
Provide support to the MDG unit of the IOM Morocco mission, focusing on project development, reporting, strategic partnerships, and event organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and general support to the MDG unit.
- Support the development of internal and external approaches and initiatives.
- Support basic quality control review of project documents, reporting documents and communication documents.
- Support the collection and preparation of documents for submission.
- Verification and support of data entry on PRIMA-for-All platform.
- Support preparation of briefing notes, letters and emails.
- Support calendar updating and event planning.
- Help compile minutes of meetings, visits, conferences and related administrative tasks.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
- Less than two years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in maintaining and updating databases is an asset.
- Experience in preparing financial reports is an asset.
- Experience in developing and monitoring project budgets is an asset.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent) in Public Health, International Relations, Political or Social Sciences, Humanitarian Affairs, Economic Development or any other relevant area from an accredited institution; or,
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher) or graduated within the last 12 months with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Health, International Relations, Political or Social Sciences, Humanitarian Affairs, Economic Development or any other relevant area from an accredited institution.
