Overview
The Digital Training Production Coordinator will coordinate the design, development, storage, maintenance, and organization of Digital Training Products for the INTERPOL Global Academy's Virtual Academy Portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the development and management of the Virtual Academy repository of digital training products.
- Oversee the organization, maintenance, and management of law enforcement digital training content on CBT platform(s).
- Provide user support, addressing queries and issues related to digital training products.
- Utilize analytics tools to track functionality, user engagement, and overall digital training products performance.
- Provide a consultancy service on new digital training product technologies and best practices in support of member countries.
- Manage their team and Unit’s performance.
Required Experience
- At least five years’ experience in Digital Training development and related projects management.
- Experience in planning and managing complex tasks, with only minimum supervision.
- Experience working in an international environment would be highly desirable.
- Experience in identifying training needs, developing and conducting training programmes, preferably operational training.
Qualifications
- University degree of at least three to four years, preferably in education, digital training or a related discipline.
- Certification related to digital training management, digital learning development and/or E-Learning development tools.
