Consultant to develop and deliver training on competency-based assessment for the refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing sector in several Asian countries.
At least 7 years of working experience in the planning and delivery of (i) training on good servicing practices or (ii) competency-based assessment in RAC servicing sector is required. Demonstrate experience in compliance with safety standards/guidelines in handling of flammable refrigerants and energy efficiency is required. Prior experiences of training on good servicing practices or competency-based assessment in Asia and the Pacific region on Environment/Energy/Climate Change are desirable. Familiarity with the recent developments of the Montreal Protocol and the Multilateral Fund policies and procedures with regard to HCFCs Phase-out/HFC Phase-down is desirable.
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, environmental sciences, environmental management, vocational education or any related discipline is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying work experience in servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
