Overview

Support programme documentation, information organization, knowledge management, and communication-related activities for UNESCO Pakistan's Education Sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the organization, formatting, and consolidation of programme documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining structured digital filing systems.
  • Support the updating of programme trackers and information management tools.
  • Contribute to the consolidation of programme information and data for reporting and knowledge-sharing.
  • Contribute to the preparation of 1–2 knowledge and visibility products.
  • May be asked to join occasional virtual meetings.
Required Experience

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a graduate programme (master’s degree or equivalent) in a field relevant to UNESCO’s mandate. Academic background in Education, Culture, Natural Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Communication and Information, International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, Management, Law, Human Resources, or other related disciplines. Demonstrated academic achievement and commitment to learning. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage information and documentation effectively.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a graduate programme (master’s degree or equivalent).
