Overview
Develop materials and train university teachers on introductory modules related to climate resilience, green transition, and disaster risk reduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design introductory training modules for non-specialist lecturers, practice placement teachers, and students.
- Develop a training package including slide presentations, facilitator guide, and participant materials.
- Deliver a 5-session training programme over one month.
- Provide guidance for participants on integrating content into curricula and delivering sessions independently.
- Submit a training curriculum/outline, complete training materials package, and a brief final report.
Required Experience
Proven experience in climate change, DRR, or sustainability. Good understanding of vulnerabilities to climate change coupled with knowledge of the local context.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's degree in Climate Science, Environmental Studies, Ecology, Disaster Risk Management, or a related field.
