Overview
This consultancy aims to support UNICEF Algeria and partner ministries in contextualizing, co-facilitating, monitoring, and documenting the implementation of the Adolescent Kit.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the review and adaptation of the Adolescent Kit to the Algerian context.
- Support consultations with UNICEF and ministry focal points.
- Assist in the adaptation of training materials, exercises, and feedback tools.
- Provide targeted support during the three training cycles for trainers.
- Participate in six supervised duplications, observing sessions, documenting practices, and collecting feedback.
- Consolidate field notes, reports, observations, and feedback for the final report.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in training support, participatory facilitation, youth animation, non-formal education, adolescent development, child protection, social work, field documentation, or related areas.
- Experience in supporting training sessions, workshops, consultations, group work, or field activities with public institutions, international organizations, associations, or local structures.
- Experience in taking analytical notes, collecting feedback, documenting practices, preparing reports, monitoring tools, or contributing to reports.
- Experience with adolescents, youth, facilitators, social workers, or proximity structures is an asset.
