Overview
Provide graphic design and document layout support for the finalization and production of technical materials for health systems strengthening in Mozambique.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and laying out the PECS and related materials using professional desktop publishing software.
- Developing a consistent visual identity across all PECS materials.
- Formatting tables, charts, diagrams, figures, and infographics.
- Ensuring compliance with WHO branding and visual identity guidelines.
- Preparing print-ready files and conducting quality checks.
- Revising layouts based on technical feedback.
- Organizing and submitting all editable source files and final production files.
- Providing graphic design support for additional PECS-related communication and knowledge products.
Required Experience
Proven experience in graphic design and visual communication, preferably for brochures, job aids and reports. Prior experience designing materials for UN agencies, NGOs, or development organizations is an advantage. Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts.
Qualifications
A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.
